A Personalized Wellness Consultation gives you dedicated time with Dr. Joseph Palmeri to talk through your health history, current concerns, goals and what you want to improve.

Rather than starting with a predetermined treatment or service, the consultation starts with you. Dr. Palmeri will review where you are now, discuss where you want to go, and help determine which therapies, testing, or lifestyle strategies may make sense for your individual needs.

Whether your goals involve energy, weight loss, recovery, performance, hormone optimization, body composition, healthy aging, inflammation or simply feeling better, this is an opportunity to ask questions and create a more intentional path forward.

Bring Your Labs or Start Here

If you have recent lab work, bring it with you. Dr. Palmeri can review your existing results as part of your consultation.

If additional testing would be helpful, we can draw blood at Ethos and send it to the laboratory for analysis, or provide an order for you to have your labs completed at DLO.

For clients who want a more comprehensive starting point, we also offer a consultation that includes laboratory testing and an InBody body composition scan, providing additional objective data that can be used to help guide your individualized plan.

A more comprehensive conversation for clients who want additional time to review their health history, concerns, goals, existing lab work, and available treatment options.

60-Minute Consultation + Labs + InBody | $500
Our most comprehensive starting point, combining dedicated consultation time with laboratory testing and an InBody body composition scan to provide a broader picture of your current health.
